I have had several requests now from people in my tree to have their names specifically removed from the HTML reports on my website. Sometimes due to family problems, sometimes due to their jobs requiring no public information being out, etc. What would it take to add a flag to each person's entry to blank all information (notes, name, dates, etc.) and just mark it as "unknown", but still allow me to keep the data for my personal use in the database itself?

Try marking those people as living. In their Person window, select Living from the Death popup menu. HTML and RTF registers and ahnentafels have the option to suppress all info about those people. In any case, it's probably a good idea to mark all living people in your file that way. You can do that en masse by choosing File menu > Analyze > Set and Tag Living People. My algorithm there works quite well, and is described in the Reference Guide. And you don't need to check the option to suppress their info unless you want to. Best, Howard
