Hi,
I am using version 100. In the past few days it is freezing on me. Symptoms also include I cannot command-tab to it once this starts, clicking on it's window does not bring it to the forefront, I get high CPU use (18% on a 2.0 ghz quad core MacBook Pro running 10.6.8 with all updates as of today.) I would also be running the lastest Chrome browser, and Apple's Mail program (4.5) each time. I also have the Social menu bar app running (1.13, not the latest version).
I have had to force-quit and reboot twice now. Up til yesterday there have been no problems with PAWriter. There was an Apple update yesterday for something in the Developer's folder. I can look it up if you want. My data seems ok after these two force-quits.
Looking forward to seeing what can be done.
Thanks.

I'm running 10.7.3 Lion on a 3 GHz Intel iMac with 8MB of RAM and a terabyte of hard disk. Also on Snow Leopard and Tiger on other Macs. I have used Software Update every day to keep everything up to date, including today for a Time Machine update. I don't use Chrome, just Safari. I do use Mail. I don't know what a Social menu bar app is. I get 0% CPU usage in Activity Monitor for PAW2U unless it's doing something useful in which case it might run up to 15% until it's done with that task, then goes to 0%. You might try running Disk Utility's Verify Disk routine. You might try Repairing Permissions. You might try using Safari instead of Chrome. You might try excluding whatever the Social menu bar is. (I doubt Chrome is any problem.) You might try checking your computer with some other utility program like TechTool Pro. You might try downloading a fresh copy of PAWriter in case your current copy has become corrupted. You can also send me a copy of your data file as an attachment to an email so I can check it out for any possible corruption. Sorry I can't be of more help; no one else has reported this problem.
