Hi Howard I have recently spent a lot time reviewing records against new or newly discovered data, and adding information to them as required. Is there any way a "latest update date" could be added (automatically?) to a person's (and even a family) record, other than manually inserting it in the notes? This would be particularly helpful in terms of correspondence with others researching the family, letting them know what I have found since the last email (maybe some or indeed many months before). Thanks Roger PS when do I stop being a newby member!!

Thanks Roger PS when do I stop being a newby member!! This concept has occurred to me from time to time. Perhaps a record could be time-stamped whenever the Enter button is clicked. However, in the current file structure there is no room to add a time stamp. And changing the file structure is not acceptable to any user. As to "new member" that is something proboards does. Seems like everyone stays in that state. Maybe it beats being called an old member. Or... Best, Howard Addendum: Limited date-stamping (not including time) will be included in version 77 if all goes well. I found a little room left for a date in the file structure.
