Is there a way to highlight text within notes when I am reading them on the screen? I have been typing in census data and including the description of the entire family and would like to highlight the text related to that person only when I open their notes. Thanks.

Yes, you can highlight text within notes and then enter the notes and save the file. When you open your data file again and go to the person's notes, you will see the previously highlighted text. Best, Howard

Hello Howard, Thanks for v. 93. Re previous versions: I love being able to scroll within Notes with my mouse ball. Re highlighting text. Thanks for the how to of highlighting text within Notes. I seem to be able to highlight only one section of text. Is it possible to highlight more than one section and save?
