I have added LDS dates to two individuals, but when I print, LDS data does not show in the preview. I had read the post about it automatically printing in a Family Group. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, Are you sure you clicked Enter after entering the date for each individual? For those individuals, the LDS menu item will change to Edit (say baptism) after you enter a date and click Enter. Then when you "preview" the printing in the Preview program, look closely at the family groups for those individuals. Say you entered an LDS Baptism date 22 May 1992 in the date field in the LDS Baptism window for John Smith and clicked Enter. Then when you look at the LDS menu, it will read Edit LDS Baptism. Then when you choose File menu > Print Familes > For This Person and click on the Preview button, you will see "Husband: John Smith" and below it in the same top box the entry "LDS Bap: 22 May 1992". If John Smith is not married, then he will appear in the family group for his parents with the LDS baptism printed in the child entry for him. This is pretty much the same implementation as in the old Mac PAF. Best, Howard

Thanks for the response. I did do an enter. I am new to this tool, and I never used Mac PAF.
I added my own daughter's LDS baptism and I can edit her baptism, but when I preview what is to be printed the Baptism entry is blank.

Are you looking at the regular (non-LDS) Baptism entry which probably should be blank? There should be an LDS Bap entry a few lines below it. (I assume you are clicking Preview when you choose File menu > Print Families.) Best, Howard

The inclusion of LDS ordinances in family group sheets was added in a version later than the one which did ordinances. The latest version is 77. If you are using an earlier version, make sure you download version 77. See the topic Version 77 under What's new. Best, Howard

Howard,
Thank you. I should have checked to see if I was up to date on the version. Once I installed the Version 77, I can see the LDS ordinances.
Best regards, Bryan Davenport
