Depending on context, CHANge tags may be proper GEDCOM tags or may not. I can't tell from the limited context above whether these are proper tags or not. Ditto for TYPE tags.

User-defined GEDCOM tags (those with an underscore) are not meaningful to PAWriter and many other programs. They generally are meaningful only to the program in which they are defined.

I suggest you just ignore these tags. You can reimport the GEDCOM without having unrecognized tag messages put into the notes.
