The bottom left box has a very light color "halo" around it to indicate the current person. Could that "halo" be more prominent? It took me a while to make that connection when I first started using PAW II. A minor item I realize, but you were asking for wishes!
Thanks again, Howard, for making this program available to the Mac community.

Hi John,
The "halo" color is whatever color you have chosen for the highlight color in your system appearance preference. Change that and the halo color will change when you start up PAWriter again. Since it is a highlight, it seemed logical to do this.

Is there a way to have more in the tree charts? Such as marriage dates and burial place.

Is there a way to have more in the tree charts? Such as marriage dates and burial place. When you say "tree charts" do you mean the pedigree displayed when you click the Pedigree button? Or do you mean when you print a pedigree? Or ...? If you mean the displayed pedigree, you can hold down the option key and move the cursor over a person to see more info for that person. This works in the descent display and in the main window, as well as option-clicking on a person in the family window. If you mean the printed pedigree, sorry, there's no more room for more info. If you mean something else, please reply as to what. Best, Howard
