HELP!!!! Ok so I am running version 103 and has been running and working fine up until I upgraded to OS X El Capitan. This is the only change that I know has been made and now I am receiving this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely Lester Hi Lester, Sorry to be late in responding due to personal problems. Version 103 has been running well for everyone. This error generally occurs when the data file gets corrupted. I assume you are up to date on your Intel Mac. So I thing the best thing for you to do is email me your data file as an attachment and let me investigate the problem. Best, Howard Update: I got your data file and I’m sorry to report that a full trace of the file reveals it’s completely corrupted. I can’t recover anything. Perhaps you have an earlier backup or version or a GEDCOM file you exported from the file. (In case the data file was misnamed, I then tried to open it as a GEDCOM file, but it wasn't a GEDCOM.) Very sorry, Howard
