I am rather new to PAWll and have looked at all possible helps and messages and would like to know if there is any way to make the window of PAWll any larger? Thanks deridder Hi, The main window cannot be enlarged. Several of the other windows (e.g., the family window, the notes window, etc.) can be enlarged by dragging the "grow" handle in the lower right-hand corner of the window. Because of its anticipated heavy usage, the notes window can be grown (zoomed) to the right and down by clicking on the button with the infinity symbol. If you have checked the preference to "Use larger type in zoomed notes" the type size in the zoomed notes window will be larger. Clicking on the infinity button when the notes window is already zoomed will return it to its normal size and type size. Command-M can be used instead of the button. Thus to open the notes window zoomed, use command-NM. The default window sizes were chosen to accomodate smaller screens, and to accomodate viewing say census images as well as PAWriter data entry windows at the same time on larger screens. Howard P.S. However, see the Tip for "Enlarging the screen."
