Mac OS 10.3 Panther will no longer be supported by PAWriter. PAWriter versions after version 98 will not run under Panther. This change was necessitated by the development environment (REALbasic) that I depend upon.
Any user of Panther must upgrade to at least Mac OS 10.4 Tiger.
Starting with version 98 the downloaded disk image will not be mounted unless the software license is agreed to. This license is nothing more than the disclaimers that have always been included in the About PAWriter page from which PAWriter is downloaded on the LaNopalera website, and in the Reference guide under the PAWriter Help menu. I've found that many users haven't read the disclaimers on the website nor in the Reference Guide, so this simply brings them to their attention.
Be assured that PAWriter remains free and unrestricted.
