What is the best way to display the family tree for a large group of people? I am traveling to a two-day family reunion next week and would like to share my PAW family file information with relatives who will be socializing in a hotel suite. Thank you.

What is the best way to display the family tree for a large group of people? I am traveling to a two-day family reunion next week and would like to share my PAW family file information with relatives who will be socializing in a hotel suite. Thank you. If you want to squeeze all the ancestors of a person into one chart, I suggest you make that person the current person and choose File menu > Write HTML > Pedigree of This Person. (If there are a lot of ancestors, this will take a few moments.) This will generate a file you can open in your browser and print from there. If you want to squeeze all the descendants of a person into one chart, I suggest you make that person the current person and choose File menu > Write HTML > Descendants of This Person. (If there are a lot of descendants, this will take a while longer.) This will also generate a file you can open in your browser and print from there. (You might need to print these charts in landscape orientation if they extend too far to the right.) Both of these charts will give a good overview. If you need more detail, you can do the same thing by writing HTML Registers or Ahnentafels. (Or writing RTF Registers or Ahnentafels and importing them into AppleWorks, Pages or MS Word for printing.) You can also tag people of interest and print family group sheets for them (optionally including notes) by choosing File menu > Print Families > For Tagged People. That will be a lot of paper if you tag a lot of people. Hope this helps. Best, Howard

Thanks, Howard. That does help. I did as you suggested then had a copy store enlarge each page to 16 X 24 and posted them on the meeting room wall at the reunion. Everyone really enjoyed it.
